Summary: Staff was great, and the breakfast was well stocked. The hotel is just getting old and needs some deep cleaning and updated maintenance

Summary: Clean and comfortable. A little run down. Carpet could use replacing. Light bulb out in bathroom. Breakfast had some hot options and stayed stocked. Morning staff was excellent and very friendly. Check in the night before wasn't as good. No one was at desk and rang bell multiple times. After about 10 minutes he showed up. Overall a good stay for the price.

Summary: The Fairmont Quality Inn has become a welcome sight en route to our annual family visit to Kentucky from Connecticut. Unbeatable rates, clean and comfortable accommodations, and a delightful breakfast in the morning.

Summary: This QUALITY INN was always a pleasure to stay at in the past. The room I occupied smelled musty. The toilet would not flush. The bathtub drain was held open by a small empty shampoo bottle. One of the wash cloths was unusable. It had some kind of hardened substance on it. It may had been washed but should have been thrown away. The mattress cover had a substance on the side and had mold growing on it.

Summary: Basically, I was very pleased with my stay. Safe surroundings, comfortable bed, and the TV worked . The only suggestion I have is that they bring in a carpet cleaning company. The dirty carpet was a real turn off. The free popcorn at night was a real treat, and the maid service was impressive !

Summary: They ran my credit card multiple times with the wrong expiration date causing it to decline. I was on the phone with the credit card company, they could see the error code. I finally used another card. Then they sent me to a room with no beds. Literally, the beds were totally off the frames and stripped and on the wall. The room itself was clean and well air conditioned but the common areas were very warm. It was cheap, but I don't think I will be back.

Summary: The room was not clean. It smelled awful. The air conditioner did not work. The shower did not drain. We killed several bugs crawling on the floor. The bathroom door had been chewed up and scratched up by an animal and the door did not close.
